   WHY THIS FILE EXISTS
   The landing page used no Tailwind class at all, yet loaded the Tailwind Play CDN — a
   render-blocking script that downloads, compiles a stylesheet in the browser and only then
   lets the page paint. On the one page a stranger's phone opens first, from a search result,
   that is the slowest thing on it. The only part of that stylesheet the page was actually
   relying on was Tailwind's preflight reset, so this is that reset, verbatim from v3.4.17
   (read out of the CDN's injected <style> on 2026-10-09), minus the `--tw-*` custom
   properties no landing rule reads.

   ORDER MATTERS. The CDN appended its stylesheet AFTER app.css, so for equal specificity the
   preflight won (`body { line-height: inherit }` over app.css's own body rules, for one).
   landing.html therefore links this file after app.css. All 498 elements were measured
   before and after the swap at 375 and 1280 px and with the phone menu open, box and
   computed style, in both languages: none moved (one span differed by a pixel of rounding).

   Only landing.html loads this. The portal pages still use Tailwind utilities and keep the
   CDN (T-99 is that question).
